Permitted areas for pets include the 1F Hotel Lobby and the 11F Guest Room Floor, where leashed pets are welcome to walk freely on the floor. Other areas, such as remaining guest floors (including pantries), restaurants, gym, and lactation rooms, are currently restricted to pets.

Yes. To access our surface parking lot, please turn right past the hotel’s main entrance on Guanqian Road. Please note that parking spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis; reservations or space retention are not accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Located in the multi-storey car park above Park Lane by CMP (Height limit: 2.0 meters). Hotel guests are entitled to parking discount privileges.

Our dining areas, such as restaurants and banquet halls, are temporarily not open to furry friends. If you plan to have our buffet breakfast in the restaurant, please arrange to take turns dining with your family. We gently remind you not to leave your pet alone in the room; an unfamiliar environment can cause anxiety and barking, which might affect other travelers. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation!

You can collect your premium breakfast takeout box at the 1F Lobby Front Desk between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Simply let our front desk team know your estimated pickup time when you check in, and we'll make sure it's ready and waiting for you ahead of time.

Our package rates are already inclusive of basic services! The first pet staying in each room is completely complimentary. Starting from the second pet, an additional fee will apply per pet. In the event that a pet accidentally causes deep soiling to the room items or decor—requiring the hotel to engage external specialists for deep cleaning—or causes any property damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge additional specialized cleaning or compensation fees based on the actual circumstances.
